She is an abusive tyrant who would much rather hurl personal, catty insults at you than give you constructive feedback. It has inflicted a great deal of trauma upon me and others, and has contributed to this company's insanely high employee turnover. She doesn't deserve to be in a position of power—she deserves to be cancelled and barred from working anywhere else again. Avoid.
