Jennifer Ots understaffed her 7 salons so much that breaks and lunches are a rarity. She does not give raises but instead more responsibility. Our emails. Texts , calls, faxes , and any other sort of communication gets little response. There is trrrinle communication, no support, no appreciation. The morale of our salons since she has taken over has gone down tremendously and employees are dropping like flies. Her greediness and lack of care and consideration will cause her businesses to fall apart eventually. She is a terrible boss.
