Jeff Daughtery has been in the hotel business for "30 plus years" but doesn't seem to know how to actually run a hotel. He doesn't communicate at all with his employees when it's needed, example being changing schedule times without informing some employees of the update. He also seems to be a pushover when it comes to employees he's friends with. He seems to be completely unaware of what most of his employees are doing or not doing around his hotel or just completely ignores it until the situation bothers him in any way. He himself is lazy, refusing to leave his comfy chair at front desk. As far as Covid measures, Jeff tends to leave his mask off around employees. He also had Covid and almost decided, admitting to a few employees, to ignore the quarantine requirement, but thankfully came to some sense in that matter.
