His first week he began the firing. Then, staff left in droves. Then he was reprimanded (we ALL overheard the screaming) that he was driving the unit into the ground (no staff, no procedures, no income). Four months later he was gone. He made sure to send out an email to staff to remind us of what a great success he had been. A shy (never bothered to meet the staff), ignorant bully. His automatic response to every suggestion is "NO!". Until he realizes he maybe should've said "Yes". I would never work for this man again. A stunning example of the Dunning-Kruegger effect.

Jeff is Not the kind of nursing director that is going to be on the floor with you each day, daycomma but he is the kind of director that will always have employees backs. He is kind and supportive yet hold high expectations when he knows they can be achieved.
