Made friends with the person he was supposed to supervise. Then he let the ceo harass a bunch of female employees. When they came forward he declared they were lying and tried to sue them using the organizations funds. He also posted lies about them.

Run away. Far away. Duplicitous, conniving, no consideration for people under him. Puts on a good face to peers, but willing to lie and use lawsuits to achieve his goals, which are not the same as what’s best for the organization.

Snake in the grass. Tries to undermine expert employees by giving advice to volunteers that is contradictory. Enjoys threatening people with worse case scenarios and not acting on it, will be one threat, once the person is done freaking out, he adds another worse case scenario. Loves intimidation thru lawyers and getting away with breaking company policy and skirting the legal line, as much as humanly possible. Smiles to you’re face, but is always manipulative and hides behind a goofy exterior.
