This guy is a gaslighting narcissist. He will advise you of procedures and they are only his procedures should the outcome be in his favor. If something happens to displease him then that was not his policy and the employee is crazy for thinking he said to do whatever it was. He will literally walk away from you without a word and become very angry if proof is provided that he did advise you to do things in the manner that provided displeasing results. He accepts fault for nothing. He will not manage his employees himself but provides "secret" promotions and plays each employee against each other. This guy is impossible to please and just all around sick/twisted. He will misplace items and blame whoever is within the vicinity, badgering them about the missing item, then when he finds said item (where he put it) he will act like nothing ever happened and he didn't blame anyone or lose anything. He will force you to work with a doctors excuse or make you call in your replacement and explain it to them yourself. If you find a better job he will guilt trip you then find ways to punish you for leaving. You are only worth something if he sees value in what he can get out of you. This was the most frustrating person I have ever worked for and I let him guilt trip me for years before realizing what he was doing. Do not subject yourself to this toxic treatment. Beware.
