Jason has severe anger problems and issues with honesty. He is aggressive in nature and often scares his coworkers. Jason has been in trouble with HR for his inappropriate behavior and anger problems, but faces no consequences because his best buddy is the head of his department. Jasons frequently spreads rumors about his colleagues that he views as a threat to his success instead of focusing on his own areas for self improvement. Jason is not someone who leads by example.
