Janine is an amazing person, her knowledge of the real estate industry and facilities management is in a class of its own. She is also willing to give her wisdom and knowledge to anyone who asks. You are going to get a headache working here. It’s not due to the stress of the job because it’s easy (in my opinion). It’s due to not getting stuff done from people, not obtaining access to do your job and the hypocrisy. Furthermore, you will have to hurdle over all the mental gymnastics thrown at you. Again, the job is not that hard nor difficult (a slight challenge at the most since it’s corporate) it’s the politics and walking on egg shells atmosphere that will get the pulse on the side of your temple pumping.
