She is a very dry person with no soul. She is very quick to point the blame. She sides with the techs on everything because she used to be one. The front office can “never do anything right” the front gets more and more worked piled on that the billing office or techs should do and still get blamed for not having their work done fast enough. They expect you to understand when they “can’t” give a raise because when one person fails in that department they all fail. Meanwhile all the techs get raises every year a dollar and when the front gets a raise it’s a whole 20 cents… get excited! And she couldn’t be so bad without her two dogs Heidi Clark (surgery manager) and Marcia Krause (billing manager) they’re snitches without ever getting stitches.
