Has ever changing favorites. Excuses her favorite employees from things like racist remarks to guests "she didn't mean it that way." Once you're not a favorite after you tell her no to something, she immediately starts bombarding you with work that's not in your job description even if you're busy doing everything in your job description. She will let other employees misgender trans employees even though she is supposed to be over inclucivity in the district. She will tell employees that have worked their butt off for years that they "aren't ready" for a promotion and then hire outside of the company even though the person she turned down has been training to take the position and basically already work the position. The brow girl when she was let go for forgetting to clock back in from her lunch breaks even though the girl works through her lunch breaks because noone was taught how to schedule appointments correctly outside of salon employees so it was literally not even the girls fault. She embarrassed her infront of her clients the day she was let go. Didn't even bother calling the girls clients and telling them they no longer could take their appointments. So they were just showing up for their appointments and getting mad that the girl was gone. I know some of them called corporate over that. The girl tried to reach out to hr and never heard back. She was also trying to control the employees having group chats on snap chat and we were all getting in trouble for being friends outside of work. We went through 4 group chats before all of us ended up quitting.
