He is a boss who doesn’t want to be and expects his employees to make up for what he lacks. You will be expected to organize with the other employees from project management to client meetings. Even so he will still expect you “let him know” what you are doing. He will not assign you work, he will not manage Office coordination. He will also work only 3 days a week reliably, 4 days when he leaves early. I am still unsure how much he actually works.
