Doesn’t know how to work the computer system. Expects her employees to know things she herself doesn’t about the business and system we run on. Reprimands harshly and unfairly when she’s having a bad day. Does not care about long term clients only about gaining new clients. Does not care how her decisions make affect the team in regard to sudden policy changes and changes their customers respond very badly to. Does not listen to what you are saying or try to remember what you’ve told her. When things go badly due to decisions she has made she spins it so it comes down on other team members. No respect for personal time. Retention sucks and that’s why.
