She's a really great manager if you spend time with her off work and do favors for her her. Otherwise she likes to be quite unfair. She retaliates even though it's against policy. Honestly she said the worst human being that I've ever worked for. And I'm starting to question if she's actually a human being. She will put patients at risk by heavily weighting assignments or even assigning patients to nurses that are not fully trained in the specialty area of that patient care. She's honestly frightening!
