Not at all a good communicator and by effect, not a good leader. Dances around direct questions and deflects with jokes, impossible to get a straight answer. Avoids conflict and dismisses employee concerns. Also, not as tech savvy as they believe, trying to explain rudimentary tech concerns can be exhausting. All small defenciences at first but collectively and for an extended period of time, more than enough to negatively affect employee experience. Miniscule accountability (integrity).
