Human Resources is required to take all complaints of sexual harassment seriously. I was forced to leave Bellevue Club as an LMT due to the daily sexual harassment from the male massage clients. Dawn Spigel and Penney Franz will have to answer to the EEOC charge. March 2024

Dawn is the epitome of a wolf in sheep's clothing. She puts on one of the greatest performances I have ever witnessed by someone working in HR. She is so good at making you think that she cares about you as a human and that she cares about humane, moral and ethical business practices. But underneath it all, it is a complete facade. Dawn cares about complacency, obedience, and impersonating a person with empathy. While Dawn was the head HR at Bellevue Club in the time that I worked there, I can fight it in her and trusted her with a very intimate detail of my life after I had been sexually assaulted and instead of helping me she put me on an unpaid 2 week forced leave which I have the receipts from begging and pleading with my manager to not put me on unpaid leave because it was going to make my life so much more difficult. I also was reprimanded by both her and my manager about the importance of same-day call outs when I had come into work 2 hours after being sexually assaulted and worked through three out of my four clients. But by the fourth my brain snapped and I realized that I had to go file a police report. I was asked to come into the office the next time I worked to be reprimanded about the importance of same-day cancellations. After I had been a sexually assaulted. There is no shame there's no dignity. Dawn is disgraceful. She would never care if it happened to your daughter, but I'm sure she would care if it happened to her's. I genuinely feel sorry for her.

Dawn Spiegel is wonderful to work for. She deftly redirects my frustrations or disappointments into productive learning and offers alternatives and solutions. She also knows when we need to say let's move on and look at this later. She is very encouraging of every employee, at every level, furthering their education. She is especially skilled at supporting me in my career development. Dawn is a patient teacher and always makes an effort to recognize improvement and innovation and always gives credit where it is due. She also is capable of constructive criticism that is actually constructive, never destructive. Additionally, she is a great listener and sounding board.
