This was my first ever daycare job and they knew this going into it and I was never trained on how to properly diaper, run naps interact with the children or when was an appropriate time to log meals and diapers in the app. I spent two months getting called into work randomly and then I got put into a room with another new hire and no training for either of us. Got pulled into the office and fired after them never having a single conversation with me about what I need to fix, they laughed at me when I cried and I felt betrayed and embarrassed.
