She has fired the last two people after 90 days and two others quit or moved to a different branch in the same 6 month time period just to avoid having to deal with Chris Kilcrease. If she likes you then you're golden, if she does not then she keeps a record of every tiny infraction that you have ever tripped over. She has a double standard and is just an all-around terrible "leader". Wildman would do well to get rid of her before she causes any other dedicated and talented people to jump ship. In fact, I was warned specifically about Christine Kilcrease prior to taking the position by several other people at the organization and she had only been there for 6 months by this time. She's literally the worst manager I have ever worked under - and that includes the ones that condoned violence and turned a blind eye to sexual harassment.
