Loud, controlling, bully of a boss. She is a terrible micromanager, doesn't offer solid support to her team and fosters a hostile work environment. Takes credit for all that her team does. Blames her team for all wrong, even though it's always her that messes things up. She can't stay in her own lane, and wants to run everything on campus and that work just trickles down on the rest of the team. She literally does NOTHING and gets paid way too much. 70 years old and not retiring anytime soon.
