Brit is one of the most narcissistic people I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure to work under. She had absolutely no business being in the position she was in given her lack of managerial skills, entertainment knowledge, and professionalism. She left a dark cloud over the entire park (in which she never took seriously while she was employed), moved toxic employees into positions that they don’t belong in (out of her nepotistic nature), and our park’s entertainment operation still hasn’t fully recovered since her departure nearly 2 years ago. She’ll be the first to brag about how great of a leader she is, and how she leads with empathy (especially on LinkedIn), all the while crushing the souls of the subordinates under her with no remorse.
