Absolutely a nightmare to work with, creates an extremely toxic work environment for employees and literally gossips about every worker (including the cleaning company) to each employee in the store. Is extremely unprofessional, projects her own personal insecurities and emotional instability onto the entire store team. Never takes accountability for her own behavior, and barely assists to help with selling for colleagues; is often extremely negative and it shows when she initiates morning meetings with sales team. Constantly lies about scenarios or her own actions A LOT!!! Beware of working with her if she is your manager.
