Bhupinder has been of very little contact to employees and has shown no initiative to make employees feel comfortable through the pandemic and since he started at Global. Recently an error took place at work which I was wrongly blamed for, luckily I had a paper trail of evidence proving my innocents in the matter. Certain actions were taken against me which made my job and life very stressful, and upon proving my innocents I was not offered a sincere apology but instead the issue pushed under the rug as soon as possible. I used to be a proud employee, I still love my coworkers and am good friends with many of them. Now I am disgruntled and will be leaving at my soonest opportunity for the sake of my own mental health.
