He has a habit of bad mouthing employees to other employees, making inappropriate comments to women, giving special attention to attractive women as long as they visit him on personal time (you can assume what for), insulting employees, and harassing employees on their personal time. I knew a very talented and knowledgeable service manager who went to work for him and only stayed about 2 months because Ty screwed him out of his commission. Personally as an employee he once wrote me up for "leaving early" even though I was working more than full shifts and was a salaried worker doing 50 hours a week. This is after I had been working there for years dealing with him insulting me and other employees. That was him being nice because it was a female employee he was attempting to coerce into coming to his house after hours. Real scum of the earth.
