Allison knows higher education. However, all she cares about is your performance and how it reflects her. She is extremely micromanaging and gossips about every employee she manages. She’s controlling, overbearing and does not care for her employees. She prides herself on being bold and outspoken. However, she doesn’t actually confront or clearly communicate with you when she has issues, but just talks shit about you. She drove me to quit.
