She will not respond to texts for weeks and tells employees to stop bringing it up as something she can change as a manager. Favors one employee over the other, during closing shifts one employee will sit on her phone chatting with the manager while the other will get told to keep working. If you cannot work a couple days a week you will not be scheduled at all multiple weeks in a row. Owner told manager to cut hours, so during summer the most hours you'll get is 15. Customer calls employees sluts for wearing shorts, manager bans Nike Pros altogether. Supervisors and managers will throw you under the bus to please the customer, even if it means you look like an idiot. Assistant manager will not let you rest for even one minute, and you end up doing most of the things on the closing list if you are closing with them. Employees often have drama and you will most likely get tied into it somehow. Many employees are either rude to customers while doing parties or completely leave you to do the party by yourself, (And get half of the tip.) Overstaffed. There are so many new employees every month and you most likely will not be able to have shifts or do party shifts. Not a good first job (or job at all.) Cult vibes.
