There is a lot to uncover here and I don't feel like laying it down lightly so the issues I had visiting included: poop in the ball pit (THAT MY KID SLIPPED ON AND COULD'VE DIED BREAKING HIS NECK!!), one of the employees screaming the N word, mistreatment towards the employees that were doing a fantastic job, a male employee called my kid “hot” thinking I wasn’t there..even if it was a joke UNACCEPTABLE, and finally two VERY weird and rude male employees..one giving me a MAJOR attitude while I asked for bathroom directions and the other smelling like a sewer!! The smell was so horrendous that I started tearing up NOT OK!! Clearly this boss isn’t fit for the job if she can’t do the BARE MINIMUM of hiring hygienic and well mannered people!!! The rest of the employees were great but those two were not.

Nothing could top the other review left here, however I wanted to add some things. As a manager, some employees are favored much more over others and some will not have to do work at all. She overlooks racism and mistreatment towards other employees. Never answers her phone, throws people under the bus to look good for the owner, and completely disregards any employees who are doing a genuinely good job. Refuses to give raises, only shows appreciation for employees if she’s desperate to look good or needs help with something. Very disappointing job, I liked it better before she became more involved in it. She and the owner both don’t appreciate their employees or their time, and only want to look good and make money.
