Aldona is a very nice person, but not a good boss. She is selfish, territorial, and entitled. She is only driven by her own self-interest. No summer vacations for anyone but her. If you're sick and she has to fill in, she wants you to make it up to her. She wants the credit for every department achievement, even if it's not hers. Does not care about others time, responsibilities etc. only her own. She does not acknowledge how her own insecurities have made her see other peoples success as threats.
