1) Alan would not tell you what he wanted you to work on, then he would come and yell at you if you weren't working on the particular thing he wanted you to work on.
2) When I went to Alan's office to talk to him, he would get up and walk out without saying anything to me.
3) When we were trying to move a process from one toolset to a different toolset, the uniformity data was sub-par. For this reason, the review board did not approve moving the process. After the review board meeting, Alan told me I should have hidden the uniformity data.
4) With people salaried employees working 5 days a week from before 7AM to 5PM, Alan forced the same employees to come in and work on Saturdays or Sundays from 7AM to 7PM for no additional pay.
