Please stop putting people in high positions supporting wing staff who are under qualified. I get it the fact there are minority members who are under represented in high positions but for the love of God, there are a bunch of POC who are well deserving of her position! My question is how did she get the position? I’ve seen NCO’s who can run circles around her with half of years of service. She’s best at the Group level at the most but definitely not HQ.
