This store manager openly displays disregard for his employees. When you file complaints to corporate he finds ways to retaliate under the table. On multiple occasions he has displayed nepotism for his favorite employees, even covering up for gross misconduct for those employees. If Walmart had any integrity which they don’t, they would fire him immediately. The work culture he promotes is prolifically toxic and corrupt. Because of his leadership style, employees underneath him attempt to undercut each other in an effort to be in his good grace and retain their jobs.
