Suneet is a rare type of manager. He won't force his ideas on you or push you. He will never tell you what you should or shouldn't do. Instead, he equips the team to grow and reach its maximum through a true sense of communication and authenticity. He will help you find solutions on your own and challenge you to think differently. To do things right. He not only ensures everyone is empowered through the tools needed to perform their tasks, but that they're also happy, proud, and successful while doing it. In summary, he sets you up for success. He's what I like to call a modern-day Mr. Miyagi. "Wax on, wax off", and all of a sudden you discover that you're a karate black belt, able to kick ass anywhere. He trains you in such a way that when you're left to your own devices. (i.e., you're Daniel LaRusso facing Cobra Kai), you know you have the skills you need to win and succeed. I could never have asked for a better boss than him.

Challenge him. Ask him a question that goes against his well practiced speeches. You will see the true character of this person.

My goal was to out last him. He finally got fired. Ask around about him ... every place he worked you will find employees who have tape recordings of conversations with him where he threatens them, tells them how "dare they be so ungraceful" to him. He tries to control communications so you cannot speak to those he answers to. But sooner than later those people start to wonder why is their business crashing. Oh ... and all the interviews, and conferences where he comes off looking like a grand hero. LIES. He is typically hire to increase revenue/sales as that is how he self promotes himself and he will increase something! Firings, expenses, bugs in software, mistrust in an organization amongst all levels and the worst possible work environment. He doesn't produce positive results. But he is a charmer and if you want someone to lie to you and stick their face up your ass as far as it will go, hire him.
