Sheila is not knowledgeable in HR and doesn’t like when people in her team have more knowledge and experience than her. She uses intimidation and demeans people, along with making fun of team members.

Sheila is in over her head and does not know how to lead a team or HR function. She is not experienced in HR and is a yes person to the business. This sending the team on never ending tail spins, prevents work from getting done and our ability to make an impact. She makes fun of employees and is not inclusive.

Sheila sends her team on constant tailspins, constantly changing work direction. She does not know how to establish a strategy and lead the team and organization to greater success because she says yes to any and all less meaningful request from the business that does not move us closer to helping the company achieve its goals. She does not have HR knowledge and is in way over her head.
