Lies about any and all issues as it pertains to employee inquires and concerns. Upon being caught in lies, will pass the blame onto others in order to cover himself. Has no knowledge of the job requirements of the departments below him nor has he displayed the intelligence or reasoning to perform his own job. Mismanagement of budgets as well as unethical distribution of raises. This manager has admitted to giving more money to lower evaluated employees with little to no tenure simply because he wanted to, therefore penalizing the top evaluated employees with longest tenure. Yet, this individual forced some long tenured employees out of the company in order to hire outside contract workers at a lower rate. All that, and this person has shown a history of hiring unqualified managers and employees at widely different rates along with the hiring of office staffs significant others without putting them through the same interview process that others experienced.

Possibly the worst Manager I’ve ever encountered. Unintelligent, unethical, out of touch, unfair, nonsensical and an outright liar when confronted with issues. Avoid this “manager” and any company that employs him at all costs.
