This guy is a joke and should be looked at more closely by Kroll. Not only has he not delivered 1 single thing since he got here, he is putting all his eggs into a consulting company to deliver a POC to CEO and top executives, in hope to get more money to start developing. Should’t you start with a POC before you go asking for money? Not only does he degrade people behind their back, his management style is worse than poor.

Samir was brought in out of nowhere to "build a data program". Instead of saving money and utilizing current talent, he proceeded to spend millions to hire a company called Curate Insights to tell him how to do his job. He fired several experienced leaders under him, which eventually led to several other leaders under him leaving the company. The best part was when he took the game plan to finance, requesting millions more to start his "data program." According to rumor, finance laughed him out of the room. I cannot tell you how many talented data professionals left the company over this guy. His LinkedIn profile is barebones. It's like he has moved from company to company living off of golden parachutes.
