Consistently lies, or keeps vital information from employees, mis-informs employees, does not give everyone with company a fair chance at promotion or other positions. Only cares about his bonuses. Does not create a relationship with his employees to understand where they want to go with their career or understand career development. Very unorganized, does not write well for a manager and very unprofessional. Appearance is very unprofessional. Likes to drink and flirt with other employees partners. Has said he keeps a wall of employees that he takes ownership of getting rid of, fires or forced out of company or military in his career of management. He has a negative reputation with previous places of employment. Argues and does things in spite to piss other leadership and management off. Uses the excuse of not being trained in particular parts of his job that he should know.
