Olga is ok for junior designers who are just starting in their career and want someone to really keep an eye on them and their work - she is very detail-oriented and will give some good advice on improving designs, and she is a fun upbeat person, but she is also very old-school and expects people to do what she says when she gives orders. It can be hard to take that level of micro-management for the long term, so plan accordingly. Avoid her as a manager for anyone who has a ux strategy or research ability - she is strictly visual design and has some good instincts for usability, but does not understand content strategy or audience analysis and that can undermine her design choices, if she doesn't have a clear sense of the purpose or audience. The insecurity and lack of knowledge will eventually be a problem for really good work. She simply doesn't understand or respect those areas of expertise.
