Mark should not be overseeing employees yet alone be employed by GardaWorld in providing security for any corporate companies. A few areas that needs to be addressed, he harasses employees, he is extremely unprofessional in his approach to any employee in the work field, he will talk about race in the workplace where it’s uncomfortable and distracting to the work center. It is rumoured that he invades in ppl’s personal privacy outside of work. He gossips about other employees that are not employed by GardaWorld (meaning he talks about corporate employees where the topic has nothing related to the job). He is a retired Maj from the Army reserves and a former adult probation officer. The odd thing about him is he walk deliberately talk about the numerous employees he disciplined or fired throughout his career. When he is asked about the statistics of employee, he gets awkward and quiet. It’s almost as if he ashamed or guilty of the things he did. Try it and ask him! Pay close attention to his non-verbal body language. Ask him a simple question of the things he likes such as his favourite NFL team (which is the Detroit Lions) or MLB team (Detroit Mets). You’ll notice he gets comfortable, relaxed and even jokes around. However, once you question of the employees he disciplined and fired from his former careers and the statistic of the employees, you notice his demeanour changes and even his voice. He’ll start stuttering, playing dumb (meaning he’ll act as if he didn’t understand your question) and/or remain extremely quiet. It’s honestly uncomfortable! It’s almost like when a criminal is caught in the act of a committing a crime (they either behave extremely aggressive or are ashamed of what they did). Furthermore, he is divorced 2x and is on his third marriage (this is all information he has shared in the workplace on his own free will). It kind of shows he’s unstable in his personal matters. Lastly, he will talk about inbreeding with relatives in the sense that we are able to reproduce with our relatives where there won’t be genetic mutation problems. This has to be the weirdest topics/discussions I have ever heard someone talk within the workplace. I just wonder if his spouse is his cousin or sister but then again it’s none of my business.
