Someone on this website is really butt-hurt by Lisa. I left a review here a couple weeks ago, when there was only one other review. In the last 2 weeks, someone has spammed 5 more reviews on Lisa. Whomever it is, clearly they are having a very emotional reaction to their situation, but I can say beyond a doubt that Lisa is communicative about her expectations, and fair in her discipline. One of my favorite bosses ever. To whomever is spamming these reviews - best to learn your lessons and carry them to your next job. Life isn't fair... but Lisa is a caring Manager with a ton of patience. Maybe you could take a page from her playbook.

Poor leadership skills, lacks the necessary authority to not only lead but lead with compassion and understanding. Poor communication skills. Not a listener.

I didn't know this website existed, was googling an old boss out of curiosity and saw this weird report card site. My experience with Lisa was 100% positive. She is friendly, responsive, and I felt that she genuinely cared about my well-being. There were a couple occasions when she had critiqued my work, but she was fair when doing so and gave clear instruction for what she expected going forward. Would definitely work for Lisa again if the opportunity arose.
