Acknowledged issues I would bring up, but would do very little about it after the fact, or just completely dismiss it and ignore it. Only issues that would change came from the people close to her, not the employees 99% of the time. Used her General manager to do most of her work while she did little else for the company otherwise saying she was "busy at other stores." Used her having a kid as an excuse not to be up to date with the happenings of her own store.
