Jethro DiMeo was one of the best managers I've had. He's like a walking encyclopedia and is truly vested in your development, while empowering you to do your very best in a way that works for you. What I appreciate about Jethro the most, was his ability to: - communicate and connect effectively - inspire and embody genuine confidence - demonstrate high emotional & cultural intelligence - build trust - promote healthy failures and present mistakes as learning opportunities - expand common ground and mutual goals - make difficult conversations easy - manage attention and flow states - empower others - encourage constructive feedback - genuine commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion Jethro always told us that self-awareness is the cornerstone of impactful and successful leadership and I know I'm not the only one who appreciated his sincere ownership of strengths and not being afraid to lean on us when it came to areas where others were stronger in. I absolutely enjoyed working with Jethro and hope I get the chance to do so again in the future.
