Doesn’t provide training for new staff. Staff are thrown in the deep end. The manager tells off new and existing staff in front of customers. Unsafe working practices where staff have been physically and emotionally hurt, two seriously. Understaffed at busy times, some staff walk out to take breaks when they want too, some staff hide in the back for fear of doing things wrong. Product is burnt and the bakers feel bullied. Lack of cleaning and hygiene issues with rubbish all over the floor. A terrible work environment, where there is no duty of care for employees.
