Bp has management classes for first level leaders and senior leaders. Carol has clearly not attended any of these courses. Skills include yelling, screaming, making employees cry and hypocrisy. While it is ok for her to work from California, it is not ok for her employees to work from their location. The department actually enacted a policy that work from home means within a specific area close to your home office. Bp’s management overlooked her poor management and anyone who challenged her over abuse were severed. BP liked to sever employees by staging bs reorganizations and claiming that even though you performed flawlessly you didn’t fit into the reorg. This applied to anyone who challenged her.
