He knows a lot of information. He won’t be straight with you on where you struggle. He will tell you you messed up but he likes to sugarcoat it. He will reprimand you without telling you but tells everybody else in the department. He really makes you feel left in the dark because you have no idea what you did wrong or you don’t know how to get better. He says he cares about you but if he did he’d be completely honest with you.
