Andrew was smart, but never helped when I was struggling. He never provided me with training or clear instruction. I truly think he didn’t like that I asked a lot of questions, most of which revolved around why we were intentionally performing poorly. The answer seemed to be because the company was contracted and performed poorly enough to maintain the need for their contract. I was then fired for poor performance and wasn’t truly shown evidence to support that decision.
