Mr. Rader berated one of my coworkers and then tried to fire her after she confronted him about it. He went so far as to make false accusations about her. Mr. Rader used company money to purchase items that were shipped directly to his home instead of the office where it could be to the benefit of the organization. Mr. Rader had the entire office staff fired and not once confronted anyone about why. Currently has a few EEOC complaints against him. He stopped making financial information public, even though it was legally supposed to be accessible to the public. I would not work for him ever again. He was hired in February of 22 and in just a few months brought and entire organization down. He is a liar and a coward and nobody deserves to have to work under him.
