Whoever let teenagers and 20-year-olds be managers should be fired. Will Potter is one of the managers at Subway in Tijeras, NM. He would rather hide in the office on his phone than help employees with customers. He'll invite friends into the back and talk until he gets bored. I don't know when headphones became part of uniform but I guess listening to music instead of doing your job is part of the job description. How he helps employees is by doing as little as possible and will chastize them on how they're doing their job. A good manager would work WITH and HELP their employees and build them up! Will Potter is a bad manager.
