Wil has a tendency to speak on topics from his bird's-eye view, so if you aren't privy to certain functions or prior meetings you'll be playing catch up. However, he's extremely open to questions and never once responded negatively to trying to learn more about an ongoing project. He was a fantastic manager when it came to developing my role within the organization. Although I was new to the organization, he listened to my input regarding inefficient processes and gave me the power to improve them. This was extremely refreshing compared to previous employers either ignored development feedback or responded as if they had been personally insulted. In general, he rewards innovation and self-starters, so if you're looking to work with someone who does the opposite of micromanage - he's your guy.

Compulsive liar. Promises things to get you in the door just to break them after you accept the position. Fires people with disabilities and medical problems. Aloof and terrible at management unless he's trying to make you look bad.
