Victor appears very nice and caring but is completely incapable of empathy. Half the staff confronted him about a team manager who was making sexual advances towards the younger female staff members and watching staff members unwarranted, even when they’re not working, and every staff member was brushed aside by Victor, and were called “too nervous” or “too anxious” and deemed the team manager’s sexual misconduct as “normal manager behavior at any job”. Does not have any empathy or flexibility with the schedule, he decides whether you have days off or not. One staff member had a second job and asked for certain weekend days off and he screamed at her that she’s not allowed to have said days off or have a second job for that matter. He very obviously has his favorite staff members and will make it pretty apparent. If you’re not one of his favorites, he will not listen to you and actively seem annoyed with you. It’s a beautiful iconic theater in the heart of L.A. and Victor seems nice as he greets people at the door, but stay far and away from even the idea of working there. You are not valued there.
