Overall, in my experience, I did not find Veronica to work with integrity, or take accountability for her mis-steps. Communications with her needed to be documented and minuted as Veronica would make contradictory statements, or change intent to what was formally discussed either in passing, over the phone or in meetings. As a leader, Veronica did not take accountability over the failings of her team, instead opting to blame the individual contributor to her superior. Veronica is more delivery oriented, and less development oriented when it is in regards to how she views her subordinate/manager relationship. Based on my experience Veronica is not trustworthy, and works with low integrity, as she has been observed to lie to leadership about the state of a deliverable or it’s root cause. I hold an opinion that Veronica is not suitable for people management.
