Had a legitimate panic attack on shift and she chalked it up to me not wanting to work. She constantly talks shit behind her employees backs and refuses to communicate with them. She uses the excuse that it's the job of her assistant managers to communicate with her employees and develops no real connections with anyone. She only became the GM because her husband owns the store and is a higher up in the franchise. She has an unusually high turnover rate even for a fast food establishment because of her lack of compassion and sympathy for anyone but herself. She care more about the money than her employees and it shows way too much. Never gives raises. Always pointing out things people do wrong. Never talks about stuff people do right. She is a horrible person and does not deserve what she has in life.
