Tracy Hutton is a liar and a bully. She can be funny. She is a foodie so she can put on a good party. She is decent at gift buying. Her favorite thing is to have the power to endow favors on her favorite people and be nasty to people she doesn’t like. Thus, she has no integrity, but she plays the political game well. She is a sick and toxic person. To reduce turnover, she had her down line removed. She has no capacity to manage people. At the end of the day, she is a liar and a bully.
