Tracy is very kind and down to earth. She’s willing to make accommodations when needed and is generally pretty chill. She’s very respectful and is happy to help when it’s needed. She can be soft spoken, but she’s always ready to make sure things get done. She works hard and is invested in the success of herself and coworkers. I had a good time working with her; she’s smart, diligent, and congenial. 10/10 would work for her again

It's very unfortunate this young woman was promoted to such a level without the experience or skills needed to be successful. She struggled with self-confidence and did not comprehend the basics of librarianship so she could not lead a department. Poor communication skills and unusual acts of passive aggression made it very difficult to work for her. Wish I could say more nice things but don't have any.
